Return and exchange policy
Because all items from JDH96 are custom-made to your request and we do not hold inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements and sizing carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you confirm acceptance of the finished specifications.
Warranty policy
JDH96 provides a 90‑day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or a refund (at our discretion) for items found to have a valid manufacturer defect.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, modifications, improper care, or items altered after delivery.
